If you haven't seen Vernal Edge yet, it's a Metroidvania and Character Action Game, with combat inspired by Devil May Cry and Kingdom Hearts 2.
To start, we've made a breaking down the core gameplay systems. You can check it out here.
We've also added more rewards to the Kickstarter for backers, so if you did make a pledge consider checking that out. Please consider giving it a look, there's a playable demo that lets you do a whole bunch of cool stuff.

It's an action game called Vernal Edge. It's a 2d Metroidvania with combat inspired by Devil May Cry and Kingdom Hearts 2. Aside from juggling, you can slide on the tiles in the level and jump off of walls, which makes moving through levels quickly really fun. And lastly you have an airship and can go to any island you want to in any order, making the progression really open.
